Kate Stearn - The Lounge
Kate Stearn studied fine art in New York where she obtained her Bachelors of Fine Art degree in 2000. She has subsequently lived in France and travelled extensively in Europe before settling in Leeds with her husband. Kate has a keen interest in the human form, and she has explored it in a variety of ways in her work. Her current series of drawings is based on the female form and reference pin up images from the 1950's which also used props and clothing to accentuate the female form.
