Michael Duggleby - The Reliance
In the wake of the media explosion that has come to charecterize contemporary life, a myriad a photographs already exist. Rather than making more, Michael manipulates existing ones to tell a new story.
Using sex agony aunt columns as a point of reference, the Dirty Laundry series is formed using images found on the internet, distorted then photographed, creating a tableau of secret sexual discrepencies.
Michael is a photographer studying Art Access at Leeds College of Art & Design.
